Lakehouse Juolas
A new cottage with all amenities (built 2023) in a beautiful, private location right by a lake. The cottage has two bedrooms, a livingroom kitchen area, two separate WCs, shower room, a sauna and a utility room with a washing machine. The cottage has modern air conditioning and clean water. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and glass walls providing a fantastic view to the lake in two directions. The other bedroom has two separate single beds and an armchair which can be opened into a full sized extra bed. This bedroom also has a glasswall and views to the lake. Both bedrooms have motorized roller blinds to ensure good sleep even during the bright finnish summer nights.
There is a fireplace and glass walls in the living room kitchen area. There is also a TV, wifi and a small electric desk that makes it possible to work from remote using a laptop, if necessary. The sauna has a landscape-window and heats up electrically with a single button press. There is a modern kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle for water heating, a toaster and a dinnerware set for six persons. The utility room has a drying washing machine.
The cottage is 82 square-meters and its roof extends to provide a roof-protected 20 square-meters of terrace allowing for example dinner outside even on rainy days. Right next to the lake is the large 120m2 terrace and from which there is only a few steps to the lake and the wooden pier with a swimming ladder. On the terrace there is a table with six chairs, a pair of resting chairs and two sun loungers. You will find both sunny and shadowy areas on the large terrace. There is also a gas grill for barbecueing. There is ample parking space right next to the cottage. The whole cottage and it's surrounding is pretty easy going since it's all in one floor and because of the large terrace areas.
There is a dart board and other traditional outdoor games at the cottage. The cottage is surrounded by the nature - forests and the lake.
Rental equipment
You can rent eBikes, SUP-boards, a boat with an electrical outboard motor etc. for your stay at the cottage. The equipment can be rented separatedly for example one week before your stay at the Lakehouse. You will receive a a mail with instructions about the rental equipment in in good time before your visit.
A professional cleaning service is always included in the rent price. Also the beds will be made ready with clean sheets and there will be fresh towels for every visitor.
